There's so much hidden power in Outlook. That frustrates me a lot! Most people could be using 70% of the functions in Outlook but are only using 20%. But it's not your fault - this is an illogical and inconsistent piece of software. It's such a powerful tool but that power is not accessible to users.
I have watched and helped thousands of people use it. You all tend to have similar problems. I see you stumbling around with the same problems when I help people remotely through the Newsgroups.
There's scope to increase productivity by a few hours a week per person.
