Ever used a Group Schedule? Or overlayed multiple Calendars (only in Version 2007)? Or used Autopick to find any available room for that crucial meeting?
What about saving time by mailmerging (or emailmerging) the Christmas cards/letters for your boss?
If you still open the boss' folder through File | Open | Other users folder, you could save 4 clicks each time and get much more functionality doing it the "right" way - but who ever told you the fast way?
Next time you get an email from a new person, drag it to the Contacts folder and Outlook will make you a new Contact with much of the data already in the right field! If that's something you need to do often and in large qualtities, try out a little program called Anagram as it does it even better.
